Every book is printed and bound after it is ordered, then sent to you. Nothing is stocked, because no two copies are the same.

How long it takes: 5 to 7 business days from order to doorstep within the United States. That is printing, binding and carriage together, not one and then the other.

What it costs: $6.95, flat, however many books are in the cart. They travel in one package. The charge is shown in the cart before you pay and again on the payment page. Nothing is added afterwards.

Where we ship: the United States. That is the only country the checkout accepts an address for. We would rather refuse an address at the form than take money for a package we cannot send, and other countries are coming. They need their own prices, their own tax and their own consumer rules, and none of that is worth getting half right.

Sales tax: sales tax may be added for your state at checkout, and anything added is shown before you pay, never afterwards.

If we cannot make that window: we tell you before it passes and you choose: a new date, or a full refund. Nothing is held against a date you did not agree to.

Where it went: your payment is confirmed on screen as soon as it goes through, and your order reference is on that page. Keep it: it is what we look your book up by. If the delivery window passes and nothing has arrived, write to us. That is a lost package and it is on us, not on you.
