Delivery charge and times
Every product is made for you after you order it, then sent to you. The times below are from your order to your door, making and delivery together, in working days (Monday to Friday, without bank holidays). They are what we expect, not a guarantee; if we cannot keep them, you can cancel and get a full refund.

The delivery charge is £4.95 per order, however many products are in it. Products made by different producers may arrive in separate parcels, at different times; you still pay the charge once.
Books and products: two baskets
Personalised books have their own basket and checkout at proudchapter.com/uk/books, with their own delivery charge shown in the book basket. A book and a product bought on the same day are two orders, each with its own delivery charge.
Express personalisation
Express personalisation costs £4.99 per order and is ticked in advance; you can untick it in the basket. With it, we hand your order to production before regular orders. It is not express delivery and does not change the carrier's delivery time.
Payment
You pay on Shopify's secure payment page. The payment methods offered for your order, such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, are shown when you start to pay. All prices include VAT, and nothing is added after you have paid.

What if my piece arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email a photo of it to support@proudchapter.com within 30 days of delivery. We reprint it or refund you, as you prefer, and you do not need to send it back. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain.
Can I cancel my order?
Each piece is made to your details, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to it. Express personalisation is not made for you and can be cancelled within 14 days. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain.
