Frequently asked questions
Which sizes are there, what does it cost and when does it arrive?
Standard 11 oz mug (325 ml). From £16.95, plus £4.95 delivery. Each piece is made for you after you order and arrives in about 5 to 7 working days.
How does the personalisation work?
Upload a photo and enter the name. You see the preview before you order.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery costs £4.95 per order. All prices include VAT.
What if my piece arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email a photo of it to support@proudchapter.com within 30 days of delivery. We reprint it or refund you, as you prefer, and you do not need to send it back. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain.
Can I cancel my order?
Each piece is made to your details, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to it. Express personalisation is not made for you and can be cancelled within 14 days. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain.
What happens to my photo?
We use your photo only to make and print your design. For that it goes to Google's AI model, never for advertising and never for training. If you do not order, it is deleted within 14 days; if you do, it is kept with your order so a damaged piece can be made again. Only upload photos you may use, for example as a parent.
